Engagement models

Challenge based

In short tenure projects, a fixed fee is charged basis the estimated
duration and complexity of the assignment. A Director & a Project
manager are assigned to lead and deliver the engagement.

Continous augmentation

Transformational projects are usually
between 9 months to 12 months in its tenure,
taken up on a monthly retainership fee model. A Director & a Project manager are assigned to lead and deliver the engagement.
